Where do I begin, my snoring has only become a problem in the last 5 years. I have tried everything, relaxtion techniques, strips, you name it, I have done it! It have gotten so bad that my wife refuses to sleep in the same room with me. Having house guests would be so embarassing, until I discovered SnoreMate.
