Our Snoring Remedy - FAQ's

Question

How long will it take to get used to sleeping with my SnoreMate mouthpiece?

Answer

It can vary from one person to another. However, in my case it took two nights to sleep through the night. On average it seems to take between two to four nights.

Question

Is the SnoreMate mouthpiece comfortable to wear?

Answer

Yes, once you get used to it. There may be some discomfort know as temporal mandibular joint disfunction (TMJ) which generally lessens over time. If you experience a painful jaw, discontinue use for a period of time and then try again. If pain continues, you may need to try a CPAP mask to assist to stop snoring.

Question

How does the money back guarantee work?

Answer

I am so confident with this product because it helped me stop snoring immediately and improved my lifestyle way beyond my expectations. However I am aware that SnoreMate might not suit everyone and for this reason I am happy to offer a money back guarantee within the 30 day warranty period. My experience with this product shows that only a very few refunds are requested which indicates how well it works.

Question

Can I use SnoreMate if I have a blocked nose or nasal obstruction?

Answer

You need to have at least one clear nasal passage when using this snoring cure, as SnoreMate promotes healthy breathing habits by making you breathe through your nose with your mouth closed.

Question

Why are there no air holes in the SnoreMate mouthpiece?

Answer

When I experimented with SnoreMate I found that making a hole in the mouthpiece caused a whistling sound as the air was forced through the hole. It also causes a dry and irritated throat.

Question

How long will the SnoreMate mouthpiece last?

Answer

It should last between 3 to 4 months. This is because this snoring cure has to cater for strength as well as a comfort. The SnoreMate needs to be soft enough to be comfortable, but also strong enough to hold the jaw in place. These factors mean that a certain amount of stretching occurs in the mouthpiece over time, which varies between users, and consequently allows the jaw to gradually move backwards. This renders the mouthpiece less effective and will need replacement.

Question

Can I use SnoreMate to protect my teeth from grinding and clenching (bruxism) while I am sleeping, even if I don`t snore?

Answer

Yes! All you do is mould SnoreMate to your teeth with your jaw in a normal position.

Question

How does SnoreMate work?

Answer

The SnoreMate keeps your lower jaw in a forward position to open your airway while you sleep. This eliminates or reduces the amount of vibration that occurs and consequently stops you from snoring.

Question

How do you fit SnoreMate?

Answer

The mouthpiece is inserted into hot water, which allows the polymer to soften enough for you to mould it into an exact and comfortable fit. When this is achieved, the mouthpiece is then inserted into cold water to set and then this snoring remedy is ready for use.
